- Cognitive abilities that provide the foundation for academic success, including: 1) STEM areas of mathematics and engineering necessary to produce accurate architectural rendering and project planning; 2) 3-D problem solving and spatial design, and; 3) Verbal and written skills developed through research, writing and editing of enhanced multi-media content
- Skill-based performances demonstrated through the assessment of learned technology and communication skills established by industry professionals to assess workforce readiness
- Increases in motivation, self-efficacy and goal orientation demonstrated through the Implicit Theories of Intelligence Scale, the 8-item Self-Efficacy Measure and the VandeWalle 13-item trait goal orientation
- Intrinsic motivation demonstrated via the Deci & Ryan Intrinsic Motivation Inventory subscale
- Positive social interaction and communication skills
